From a small & humble beginning when I first learned the art of printing while working with a photographer establishing Fairdeal Advertising with a manual screen printing in the year 1990.
Today, FAIRDEAL has grown to be a leading organisation in Pune featuring world-class printing technology with a fleet of machines from Heidelberg, Germany. This journey is about perseverance, design thinking mindset and teamwork at it's best.
My father was in the army and I came from a Maharashtrian family, where there was a minimal scope of becoming a businessman back in those days. The Army atmosphere had already provided me with lessons about patriotism, discipline, taking care of the environment, cleanliness and importance of health & fitness. But the younger me still had a lot to learn on the professional front. Initially, I faced all sorts of difficulties for 10 straight years. Now it's almost 30 years and I have built a happy clientele of 1000+ all across the country. The approach that helped me to overcome all the difficulties was to focus on quality and honesty. Even in the most challenging times with a strong work ethic and teamwork. Which is the core value of FAIRDEAL.
When I started my business I always thought team-building was a critical factor of growth. So I was focused and selective to choose the right people in the organisation, who believe in a quality mindset and are congruent with the organisation's core values.
Today I am so grateful and happy for all the team members who are with me from the beginning. All of them are quite settled in their life, which is a real success for me.
I have always believed in a life-changing slogan which I always shared with my team - "You take care of the organisation, the organisation will take care of you.”
In the coming years, I have a big vision for the organisation - to be the leading and most preferred printing & packaging solution for all my clients. We have always focused on quality, cost-effectiveness and commitment in which we will never compromise. A positive working atmosphere, timely deliverables and a quality mindset has made FAIRDEAL a big happy family of clients, suppliers, team members.
I would like to end this while thanking all the people involved with FAIRDEAL. We, as an organisation, promise to keep upgrading every day and be a catalyst for wealth creation for all through our premium printing and packaging solutions.
